Manufacturing Process

Resin preparation — drying PEEK granules to <0.02% moisture content to prevent degradation during melting.

Compression moulding — heating resin between 380–400°C under controlled pressure to form sheets of uniform density.

Controlled cooling — gradual cooling to ensure optimal crystallinity (typically 30–35%), which directly impacts mechanical performance.

Surface finishing — sheets are machined or ground to achieve the required thickness tolerance and surface roughness.

Standard sheet sizes include 1000×2000mm, 1220×2440mm, and custom dimensions. Thickness ranges from 1mm to 100mm.
