2025 Nagomer Group Academic Achievement Awards for Employees’ Children
As the summer sun ignites the fervour of striving, and the sweat of youth waters the blossoms of dreams, the magnificent panorama of the 2025 Gaokao unfolds. Countless nights of burning the midnight oil, millions of strides along the path to dreams—all converge in this moment into a dazzling radiance. Now, as the joyful news arrives, each result stands as a medal of endeavour, every name gleaming with the splendour of honour, together composing a stirring triumphant symphony! On the afternoon of 28th August 2025, the Naige Mei Group held its 2025 Academic Achievement Awards Ceremony for Employees’ Children at the Group Headquarters. All senior executives gathered to witness and celebrate this moment of honour with the students.
The company’s academic achievement awards scheme has been running for five years. Amidst the current fierce competition for university places, three families – Wang Manying, Xing Wei, and Xiao Yu – have once again seen their children gain admission to their preferred institutions. We are therefore delighted to host today’s graduation celebration. Firstly, congratulations to these three families! Witnessing children grow from innocent youngsters into prospective university students is an achievement made possible by parents who, despite working long hours, still found time to support their studies. This reward is not only a “growth bonus” for the children but also the company’s recognition of our colleagues’ dedication to balancing work and family life. To the scholars themselves: university admission is not the finish line. Learning is input; knowledge is the confidence for output. The accumulated wisdom will become your unique competitive edge. May you press forward with aspirations and blessings. Finally, congratulations once more to the families celebrating academic advancement. Wishing you all smooth sailing at work and happiness at home. We look forward to hearing more good news of scholars achieving success in the future.
Though the three years of secondary school proved arduous, they yielded abundant rewards. Beyond textbook knowledge, my teachers imparted valuable social awareness. This period felt both fleeting and protracted, demanding perseverance through many trials. I am profoundly grateful to my father for his unwavering support, which gave me the courage to complete this journey. Having now successfully gained university admission, I recognise, as the Chairman stated, that university is never the final destination. Learning is an endless pursuit. Moving forward, I shall carry the resilience cultivated in secondary school and my father’s expectations, maintaining my passion for knowledge. In this new phase, I shall continually explore and improve myself, striving to honour this unforgettable journey of growth.
It is my honour to share this joyous occasion as my child has gained university admission, for which I extend my gratitude to the company for its care and the academic incentive award. Regarding balancing work and parenting, I have gained three insights: Firstly, quality time together is paramount – cherishing moments spent together allows children to feel focused affection. Secondly, lead by example as a companion to your child, sharing snippets of your work to convey the value of striving. Thirdly, alleviate pressure through trust and encouragement, providing a relaxed atmosphere and steadfast support. There is no perfect solution to balance, but I am grateful for the company’s support. I shall continue striving, and wish all children a bright future ahead!
