2026 Nagomer Group Academic Achievement Awards for Employees’ Children
As the summer sun ignites the fervour of striving, and the sweat of youth waters the blossoms of dreams, the magnificent panorama of the 2026 Gaokao unfolds. Countless nights of burning the midnight oil, millions of strides along the path to dreams—all converge in this moment into a dazzling radiance. Now, as the joyful news arrives, each result stands as a medal of endeavour, and every name gleams with the splendour of honour, together composing a stirring triumphant symphony! On the afternoon of 27 August 2026, NAGOMER Group held its 2026 Academic Achievement Awards Ceremony for Employees’ Children at the Group headquarters. All senior executives gathered to witness and celebrate this moment of honour with the students and their families.
In his address, Chairman Mr Xing began by offering his warmest congratulations to all the honourees and their families. “This year, several children of our employees have stood out amid fierce competition and secured admission to their preferred universities — this is not only their personal glory, but also the pride of their families and the shared joy of the whole NAGOMER family.” He added with appreciation: “To have accompanied your children through this extraordinary Gaokao journey while working long hours is itself a remarkable achievement.”
Turning to the students about to embark on a new chapter, Chairman Xing encouraged them: “University admission is not the finish line. Learning is input; knowledge is the confidence for output. The wisdom you accumulate will become your unique competitive edge. Carry your parents’ expectations and the company’s blessings into the wider world, and may you one day give back to society with what you have learned.” He closed with his best wishes: “May every NAGOMER colleague enjoy smooth sailing at work and happiness at home, and may every student forge ahead to a bright and promising future!”
A student representative looked back on three unforgettable years of secondary school: “Over more than a thousand days and nights, there were the weariness of burning the midnight oil, the frustration of mock-exam setbacks, and the joy of cracking difficult problems. All those seemingly ordinary days ultimately turned into the composure I felt when my name appeared on the list. Above all, I am grateful to my parents — their quiet, unwavering support gave me the strength to go all in.”
Looking ahead to university life, he admitted to feeling both nervous and excited: “I will take the resilience forged in secondary school into my university years, keep exploring and growing in a new environment, and live up to my parents’ hopes as well as this special encouragement from NAGOMER. This chapter may be closing, but learning never ends — only by pressing forward can we go far.”
Mr Xing Guohua, parent representative of one of the honourees, shared his gratitude with genuine warmth: “It is my honour to share this joyous occasion as my child has gained university admission, for which I extend my gratitude to the company for its care and the academic incentive award. Regarding balancing work and parenting, I have gained three insights: firstly, quality time together is paramount — cherishing moments spent together allows children to feel focused affection. Secondly, lead by example as a companion to your child, sharing snippets of your work to convey the value of striving. Thirdly, alleviate pressure through trust and encouragement, providing a relaxed atmosphere and steadfast support. There is no perfect solution to balance, but I am grateful for the company’s support. I shall continue striving, and wish all children a bright future ahead!”
